Mikhala Kotlyar

Mikhala (Mikhal) Kotlyar directs grant management and development operations for TOM, overseeing strategic partnerships with foundations and government funders and leading monitoring and evaluation efforts across multi-year initiatives. She previously held senior roles at NYU and the Harvard Kennedy School, where she co-directed academic and donor-funded programs, managed strategy and operations, and built lasting relationships with funders and partners. Mikhala earned her Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA (summa cum laude) from Wellesley College.
