Gail Reiss

Gail Reiss brings decades of expertise in nonprofit development to TOM, with a focus on donor engagement and philanthropic partnerships. She previously served as President and CEO of the Jewish Agency International Development, where she led global fundraising and relationship-building efforts. Gail has deep experience working with major donors, foundations, and institutions to drive mission-aligned impact. Gail holds a master’s degree from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a fundraising certificate degree in not-for-profit management from Columbia Business School.
