Gideon (Gidi) Grinstein

Gidi Grinstein is the Founder and President of TOM and a societal entrepreneur, strategist, and author. A graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School and Tel Aviv University in law and economics, he founded the Reut Institute in 2004 to address societal disruptions through strategic leadership. Gidi also served as secretary of Israel’s delegation to the 2000 Camp David Summit and co-authored In(Sights) (2023). He is the author of Flexigidity and a lifelong advocate for inclusive prosperity and Jewish resilience.
