Ofer Gips

Ofer Gips is the Data and Operations Manager at TOM Global, where he designs and oversees scalable data systems to track impact, manage global product workflows, and support team operations. An electrical and computer engineer based in Tel Aviv, he has been involved with TOM since 2018 and is a dedicated advocate for accessibility. Since 2014, Ofer has been a wheelchair user and proudly represents Israel as a member of the national wheelchair rugby team.
